Oriental Pearl Tower - Fallout Codename Yangtze

I’ve always wanted to explore the post apocalyptic China in the Fallout World. As I’m begin on the making of my own Fallout Animation. I revisited of this thought and decided to make an animation based on the Yangtze Campaign.
Due to the lack of landmark at real-life Shanghai in 50-60s. I decided to retrofit and redesign a few modern buildings and fit them into a retro futuristic vibe. Here’s the first piece of the puzzle.
